Returns & Refunds Policy

We pride ourselves on product quality and our customer service. We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be excited by your purchases. If you are unhappy with anything you have purchased from our online jewellery store, we will gladly exchange it for something else.
If you change your mind

We will offer you an exchange or refund for products that are unworn and in original condition – if returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please let us know by emailing or by calling us on +61 (0)414 184 152.

If you change your mind after purchasing earrings, we are unable to offer you an exchange for hygeine reasons.
If you find a fault

As our range of men’s & women’s accessories is hand-made, we have limited stocks and they sell fast – so if your purchase arrives squashed by an un-caring postal service, you need to get it back to us within 14 days to ensure a replacement is available. Jewellery/Accessories to be sent back should be returned in their original packaging.

We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged as they travel around the world and do not offer refunds or exchanges for international purchases. International customers are urged to purchase insurance for their item/s and we will happily re-send purchases (or there equivalent when stocks run out), once claims are completed.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable and personalised or custom-made jewellery purchases cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

As we are located in NSW, Australia, we are guided in this policy by Refunds and Warranties information provided by the NSW Department of Consumer Affairs.
